  • mmmmm.....kayaks. Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. Not that uncommon for big Bull sharks to investigate kayaks here off the Texas gulf coast.....no fun when it happens, no matter the species. They seem to like yellow, for some reason.....

  • NO ONE goes into Y-stone without being informed about bears. Whether they choose to listen and take it to heart is a different story. The NPS does a great job with it, and if you don't speak English, I really can't imagine its that hard to learn, either.

  • They look like idiots. For the most part, at least the ones profiled, they just inherited the money. Nothing wrong in that of course, but it was NEVER theirs and they didn't WORK for it, so of course they don't mind redistributing it as much. Its only redistributing their wealth, NOT their EFFORT.

  • DMGAmerican--my thoughts exactly. And this is a surprise to who? And newsworthy? I guess it IS a surprise to those parents who have their heads in the sand (90%~ish) and use that electronic box as a surrogate parent/babysitter.

  • Lets see--Boston, NY, NJ had an uptick in violent crime. That's no coincidence, folks. They have tighter gun laws than the rest of the nation. More guns= less crime. Over and over and over again.
